Poised at the intersection between art and technology, I explore the facets of human connection and how it is facilitated through the mediums of the written word and the design of digital interfaces. From my professional work to my artistic practice, I apply my passion for empathy, inclusivity, and problem-solving.

From my interdisciplinary education to expanding my artistic practice over the years, I have always had a love for blending knowledge from different fields. Being first and foremost a creative in everything I do has trained me to apply my artistic approach in a multitude of various projects, from data visualization to self-publishing poetry books.
Conceptualizing ideas come as second nature. With an immediate sense of what I hope to accomplish, whether it is the issue I want to shed light on or my intended effect on the audience, defining goals and feature prioritization easily follow when I am given a task.
As a life-long learner, I am fearless when it comes to wearing different hats. From entering grad school without any coding experience to featuring my experiments in Python in my thesis on generative AI, I am relentless when it comes to making ideas reality.
Collaboration makes any project richer and am not afraid to rely on a colleague with a different skillset to further progress. Regular feedback and agile methodologies can be applied across virtually any project.

This work includes projects in text-generation and language learning models in Python and a multimedia performance, the HyperText Translation Portal, that explores my personal experience with using these technologies on my own corpus of poetry,

From writing, illustrating, editing, designing and formatting the book, this book is a prime example of my drive and dedication to finish a project.

In response to learning about the environmental effects that data centers have, I conducted an audit of my own personal kept digital data and created a visualization of it. This visualization is a continuation of a socially engaged artwork entitled, “The Funeral of What Still Lingers.”
